Inspire My Home Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Inspire My Home ("We, "Us" or "Inspire My Home"). Please note that You, ("You" and "Your") as a purchaser of products made available through Inspire My Home ("Products") and Your use of products provided by Inspire My Home is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms").

Purchase of Products

You must be 18 years of age to purchase Products from Inspire My Home. Please read these Terms carefully prior to indicating Your acceptance. When you have understood the Terms, please complete the registration and order the Products.
Delivery
Our standard delivery charges to UK mainland addresses are outlined below:

Lighting Products:

Delivery Service Delivery Rate
UK Mainland: £10.50

Delivery will normally be within four to seven working days from order to mainland UK but this cannot be guaranteed. If any Products are out of stock You will be notified at the earliest opportunity.  All Products must be paid for prior to or on delivery.  Delivery will normally be by post or courier.   Risk shall pass on delivery. If there are any undelivered items or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Inspire My Home by You with full details within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising.
Returns
Wallpaper Products:

A full replacement will be made at no charge if the product is faulty or defective in any way. Please do note that you should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. 

Please ensure that you order the correct colour and quantities of wallpaper because we are unable to offer refunds on over ordered wallpaper due to the ever changing batch numbers. If you are not sure of quantities contact us with room sizes and we will work it out for you. Furthermore if you are unsure of colour please request a sample via email samples@inspiremyhome.co.uk.  

In the event of a fault please send a sample of the product to us with the label.  You should ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and further damage before returning them to us.  We require samples of faulty products and labels for any faults to be considered. We cannot accept any responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit.

Goods returned must be returned in original condition and packaging. Goods must be returned at the expense of the consumer by registered means.

Lighting Products:

In regards to returned items, we will comply with our terms and conditions as detailed in this document and any obligations under the UK Distance Selling Regulations. You can return lighting products you have ordered from us at any time within seven days of receipt for a full refund or exchange by prior agreement * subject to a 25% combined re-stocking and handling charge.
Goods returned must be returned in original condition and packaging. Goods must be returned at the expense of the consumer by registered means.

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the consumer's requirements.
Any damages, faults or shortages must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
We can not accept responsibility after this period. We will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages.

General
Your purchase of products for Inspire My Home will be a contract made in England. Any dispute will be governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to any court of competent jurisdiction within England. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to you. Your rights are unaffected. Inspire My Home can revise these Terms without notice by posting new Terms on the Inspire My Home site or by notifying you by e-mail. Further purchase of products after such posting or notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Availability
All goods are offered subject to availability and Inspire My Home cannot be held responsible for products that become discontinued. Delivery dates are estimates only and time of delivery is not the essence of the contract. We endeavor to deliver the goods by the stated delivery date but may suspend or delay delivery and will not be liable for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery or non - delivery of goods or any installment outstanding. The buyer shall not be entitled to refuse to accept late delivery or treat late delivery as a breach of contract. No order may be canceled once goods have been dispatched.
Warranties
Inspire My Home cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). If Inspire My Home discovers that a price was mis-stated or that a Product is out of stock, Inspire My Home will notify You by e-mail. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. You may have additional rights under warranties supplied by the manufacturer of the products you order. Please contact us or the manufacturer if you require further information.
Wallpaper Samples
Products such as wallpaper may vary in colour from that seen on your monitor. Please therefore use the Inspire My Home sample service. Samples will be sent by post. For customers in the UK, the first 2 samples are sent free of charge and 50p per sample thereafter.
Sale of Goods
All Products are believed by Inspire My Home to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to Inspire My Home immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by Inspire My Home in good faith. It will ultimately be for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to Inspire My Home. The liability of Inspire My Home will not exceed the value of the products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.

Privacy Policy / Data Protection
In order to process payments online we require the billing address for the debit/credit card used and our external payment provider, Pay Pal, requires your debit/credit card details. We do not store these debit/credit card details. To help to understand the needs of our customers and improve service, your responses to questions and other data will be held on our database. This data is not made available to any other company. We endeavour to protect the information you provide and there are various security procedures that have been put in place. Our servers can only be accessed by authorised personnel.
